Put Your Best Face Forward

shutterstock_341261999Unfortunately, we are all going to face the inevitable of getting older. However, we can slow down the aging process. It all starts with proper skin care; keeping the skin fresh and protected is key to looking and feeling younger. Sunscreen, moisturizer, and anti-aging products can be used to hinder the aging process, especially when used daily and correctly.

For those superficial signs of aging that you can’t get rid of with a regular skin care regimen, cosmetic treatments can dramatically reduce signs of aging such as fine lines, wrinkles, sun damage, and age spots. With these treatments, patients can achieve younger-looking skin with minimal recovery time and pain.

Cosmetic Facial Treatments

  • BOTOX® Cosmetic: A protein neurotoxin derived from botulinum toxin A, which is injected into the facial muscles and inhibits their movement, overall diminishing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
    • BOTOX® Cosmetic targets:
      • Fine lines between the brows
      • Crow’s feet
      • Forehead lines
  • Laser skin resurfacing: Retin-A® is used, which is a prescription treatment that thins the skin’s outer layer, allowing the acid solution used in the peel treatment to penetrate deeply and evenly.
    • Retin-A® targets:
      • Facial wrinkles
      • Blotchy skin
      • Sun-damaged skin
  • Fat transfer: Liposuction is used to remove fat from one area of the body with excess fat, and then the purified fat is injected into the face. The added volume to the face will fill wrinkles and make the skin look and feel fuller.
    • Fat transfer targets:
      • Wrinkles
      • Lines
      • Hollows

By undergoing one or more of these treatments, you can achieve fresher, more youthful skin that can last with a proper skin care regimen. For the best results, you should practice healthy skin habits with these treatments.

Skin Care Tips

  • Protect: Use sunscreen daily. Even when the sun isn’t bright and when it is gloomy outside, UV rays can still shine through and damage your skin.
  • Moisturize: Use a moisturizer daily on the face, hands, and body. The best time to do this is when your skin is still damp after showering or bathing.
  • Avoid long, hot showers: Take short, cool showers to protect the skin from losing its natural oils and nutrients. Do not use scalding hot water.
  • Ease up on exfoliants: Avoid daily use of cleansers and other skin care products with alpha hydroxy acids and other exfoliating agents. Although these help with exfoliation and skin cell turnover, they can dry out the skin. Aim to exfoliate your skin just once or twice a week.

Fine lines, wrinkles, and age spots, can be alleviated with a healthy skin care regimen and anti-aging treatments from Dr. Scroggins. The skin won’t stay young and fresh forever, so be kind to your skin!

A Tummy Tuck Can Trim Your Waistline

Stubborn belly fat is so prevalent that it is known by common colloquialisms such as a “beer belly,” “spare tire,” and “muffin top.” Try as we might, exercise and dieting are not always successful at getting rid of the extra pudge. If you are struggling unsuccessfully to purge stubborn abdominal fat, there is another option: a tummy tuck can trim your waistline and improve your body contour.

What Is a Tummy Tuck?

A tummy tuck is a major surgery on your abdomen. As the name suggests, a tummy tuck “tucks in the tummy” by eliminating excess skin, removing excess fat, and tightening the muscles of the stomach wall. This surgery can eliminate a protruding belly and restore your waistline so that it looks smooth and firm instead of loose and flabby.

Before and After Tummy Tuck SurgeryWho Can Get a Tummy Tuck?

A tummy tuck is best for those who have a well-established diet and exercise routine. Ideal candidates will be healthy and fairly fit but have persistent belly fat or loose belly skin that won’t tighten or go away. Some of the best candidates are women who have had multiple pregnancies that have overstretched their stomachs so that they cannot return to normal. Men with excess belly fat may also be excellent candidates. If you are planning on losing a lot of weight, postpone any thoughts of surgery until your weight is stable. You should also postpone surgery if you are planning to become pregnant, as a subsequent pregnancy could reverse the results of tummy tuck surgery.

What Can I Expect From a Tummy Tuck?

Because a tummy tuck is a major surgery, you should expect that the experience will not exactly be easy. The surgery will last several hours, and you will need to be driven home and rest a lot. You may need to take several weeks off of work to heal. You will likely experience discomfort and swelling as your body recovers, and you will have a scar from the incision. However, after your recovery, you can expect positive results and a dramatically improved abdominal shape. Your abdomen will be firmer, thinner, and tighter without the excess skin and fat that bothered you for so long. Your stomach muscles will be more engaged so that your tummy doesn’t look bloated or loose. Once Dr. Scroggins has given his approval, you can resume exercise to help your body feel and look even better. As you exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet, your results will be long lasting and you can enjoy your new, flatter waistline for years to come.

Dr. Scroggins can perform tummy tuck surgery to improve your body contour and eliminate your stubborn belly fat and excess skin. To schedule your consultation with Dr. Scroggins today, you can reach us at (301) 220-0400 or via our online contact form.

Gynecomastia Surgery for Men With Feminine Breasts

A man with feminine breasts may feel like he is the opposite of masculine. Males with excess breast tissue have a condition called gynecomastia, which may cause them psychological and emotional trauma as well as embarrassment and poor body image. Gynecomastia surgery can eliminate enlarged male breasts to restore a more masculine figure so that you can feel confident in your body.

Gynecomastia Surgery Before and AfterDifferent Surgical Approaches

Dr. Scroggins creates a personalized treatment plan for each man in need of gynecomastia surgery. The best surgical approach will depend on how much fat, glandular tissue, and excess skin you have. For example, men who have excess glandular tissue will need a different surgical approach than men who have mostly fat accumulation in their breasts.

Liposuction to Remove Excess Fat

For men who have a surplus of fat causing their gynecomastia, liposuction is the best approach. Dr. Scroggins will make a minor incision around the areola or in the underarm and insert through it a narrow tube called a cannula. A suction device will vacuum out the excess fat through the cannula to improve the appearance of your chest.

Surgical Excision of Glandular Tissue

For men with excess glandular tissue, the best surgical approach is to excise it, or cut it out. Dr. Scroggins will make inconspicuous incisions either along the edge of your areolas or within your underarms. Through these incisions, he will cut into the excess breast tissue, fat, and skin and remove the superfluous breast tissue.

Excess Skin Removal

Some men have more extreme cases of gynecomastia. For these men, Dr. Scroggins will usually combine excision and liposuction with skin removal to improve your chest contours. While larger incisions may be required, most men agree that it is well worth the significant improvements to your appearance.

The Best Surgical Approach for You

Dr. Scroggins will meet with you personally to examine your chest and determine the best surgical approach for you. Whether you need liposuction, excision, or both, surgery provides a permanent solution to overly large male breasts. Dr. Scroggins can help permanently eliminate your gynecomastia so that you can have the more masculine body you desire and the confidence to go with it.

Carlton Scroggins, M.D., specializes in cosmetic breast surgery and body contouring, and he has over 20 years of experience as a cosmetic surgeon. Call (301) 220-0400 or complete our online form to schedule your personal consultation with Dr. Scroggins today.

Blepharoplasty: Is Eyelid Surgery Right for You?

Blepharoplasty, also known as eyelid surgery, can remove excess fat, skin, and muscle tissue from the upper and lower eyelids. The purpose of blepharoplasty is usually to correct age-related skin laxity and to restore a proper appearance and function to the eyelids. If you’re not sure whether eyelid surgery is right for you, here is some useful information regarding who is a good candidate for blepharoplasty.

An Aged Appearance

When your droopy eyelids cause you to look tired and aged, you may be the perfect candidate for eyelid surgery. Blepharoplasty can correct puffiness or bags under your eyes and drooping upper eyelids to restore a more youthful and rested appearance. However, it does not correct crow’s feet, dark circles, or sagging eyebrows. If any of these are an issue for you, consider using other treatments or procedures to improve your appearance, such as a brow lift, facelift, or facial injectables.

Vision Obstruction

If your upper eyelids are obstructing your vision, you may be an excellent candidate for blepharoplasty. Your insurance company may cover your eyelid surgery if you can prove that your drooping upper eyelids are interfering with your sightlines. Eyelid surgery can correct this condition by removing excess tissue so that your eyelids will not hang over your eyes.

Age

Age is a huge factor in qualifying for eyelid surgery. Most patients will be at least age 35 because it is usually after this point in life that age-related skin laxity begins to cause problems with the eyelids. However, individuals with droopy or baggy eyelids in their family history may qualify to undergo blepharoplasty at a younger age.

Men or Women

Men and women alike can qualify for blepharoplasty. The procedure works well for individuals of either gender.

Physically Healthy

In order to undergo eyelid surgery, you should be physically healthy. You should have no major chronic eye conditions or other health conditions. Certain health conditions such as hypothyroidism, high blood pressure, diabetes, Graves’ disease, cardiovascular disease, and other circulatory disorders may increase the risk of complications. Additionally, chronic dry eyes, a lack of tears, glaucoma, a detached retina, or other eye conditions could disqualify you for the procedure. To protect your health and your eyes, consult your ophthalmologist before seeking eyelid surgery. Those with contacts or glasses may still qualify for eyelid surgery if their eyes are otherwise healthy.

Mentally Healthy

Stable mental, emotional, and psychological health is necessary to qualify you for blepharoplasty. You should only undergo the procedure for your own reasons, not to please others, and you should be mentally prepared for the procedure and the recovery.

Realistic Expectations

Even with a highly skilled plastic surgeon, there is no guarantee that the results of your procedure will match your ideal appearance. Eyelid surgery is not meant to completely change your appearance to fit an unrealistic ideal; it is meant to restore a more youthful and aesthetically pleasing appearance that best flatters your unique anatomy. It is important that you have realistic expectations about the procedure and that you communicate your goals to Dr. Scroggins with as much detail as possible so that he can help you achieve them.

To learn more about blepharoplasty and whether or not it is right for you, schedule your consultation with Dr. Carlton Scroggins. He will analyze your health, your eyelids, your anatomy, and your goals to determine the best way to help you. To schedule your consultation with Dr. Scroggins, call (301) 220-0400 or fill out our online contact form today.

Immediate vs. Delayed Breast Reconstruction

Breast Reconstruction After MastectomyBreast reconstruction is an incredibly rewarding experience. With today’s surgical techniques, women’s recreated breasts can closely match natural breasts in appearance and form. The breast reconstruction procedure may be performed immediately after mastectomy or delayed for weeks, months, or even years. Here are some of the advantages and disadvantages of immediate vs. delayed breast reconstruction.

An Overview of Breast Reconstruction

Breast reconstruction is conducted in one of the following ways. With the tissue expander technique, a temporary tissue expander is inserted into the chest and gradually filled with saline over a few months. Once the skin has stretched, the expander is replaced with a more permanent breast implant. The other technique is the flap technique, which harvests tissue from your abdomen, back, or elsewhere on your body. This tissue is used to recreate the breast mound. Depending on the chosen technique, women may have to undergo breast reconstruction in stages. Often, women will need a follow-up surgery to replace an expander with a breast implant or to reconstruct the nipple/areolar complex.

Immediate Breast Reconstruction

Immediate breast reconstruction is performed immediately following the mastectomy during the same surgery. The woman will awaken from surgery with a newly created breast mound, never having had to experience life without the breast.

Advantages

  • Reduced surgeries: By combining these procedures, women will not have to undergo as many surgeries. This reduces the recovery experience and the expense.
  • Less emotional trauma: Undergoing the procedures concurrently usually leads to less emotional trauma, as women do not have to get used to the loss of a breast. This can also minimize emotional trauma from social interactions.
  • Shorter reconstruction timeline: As reconstruction often includes multiple steps, combining the first step with mastectomy shortens the overall reconstruction time frame.
  • Better cosmetic results: Immediate breast reconstruction yields better cosmetic results than delayed breast reconstruction.

Disadvantages

  • Longer initial recovery: By combining mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction, the initial recovery period will be longer.
  • Requires complete cancer removal: Immediate breast reconstruction requires cancer treatment to be completed with the mastectomy due to potential complications at the reconstruction site. Patients who require additional treatments such as radiation may not qualify for immediate reconstruction.
  • Difficult to plan: Sometimes cancer treatment and radiation therapy are difficult to plan, as they are highly personalized. This can make it difficult to plan for immediate breast reconstruction.

Delayed Breast Reconstruction

Delayed breast reconstruction is performed weeks, months, or years after the original mastectomy. It often leads to an adjustment period for the woman to get used to her new breast tissue, much like the emotional adjustment period after the initial mastectomy.

Advantages

  • Additional cancer treatments: Women can undergo additional cancer therapy such as radiation treatments after a mastectomy without negatively affecting the reconstructed breast.
  • Decision time: Women have more time to consider their options for breast reconstruction, which may be needed as they struggle to deal with the difficulties of being diagnosed with cancer.
  • Allows time for preparation: Women with health conditions such as high blood pressure or obesity may not have sufficient time to prepare for immediate reconstruction. Delayed breast reconstruction allows women to prepare themselves and their bodies to undergo the procedure when they are ready.

Disadvantages

  • Multiple surgeries: Women must undergo multiple procedures, which increases the expense and overall recovery time.
  • Difficult to perform: Intense scarring that can occur after a mastectomy may make it difficult to reconstruct a breast mound.
  • Less optimal cosmetic results: The cosmetic results from delayed breast reconstruction are less optimal.

Many factors affect whether immediate or delayed breast reconstruction is best for you. These could include your cancer stage, cancer treatment, medical condition, health, lifestyle, and preference. Dr. Scroggins will analyze all of these factors with you to help you determine the best way to accomplish your breast reconstruction.

Methods of Ear Pinning for Adults, Children, and Infants

Ear pinning is a medical procedure that corrects overly protruding ears. Typically caused by genetics and excess cartilage, overly protruding ears can lead to ridicule from others and feelings of self-consciousness. Adults, children, and infants can all undergo ear pinning to correct their protruding ears and bring the ears into a more aesthetically pleasing angle and position.

Ear Pinning Surgery for Adults

Adults can undergo ear pinning surgery on an outpatient basis under local or general anesthesia. Dr. Scroggins will make incisions in the natural creases behind each ear so that there is no noticeable scarring. After removing small amounts of cartilage and weakening the ear cartilage so that it will bend to its new shape, Dr. Scroggins will place stitches to hold the ears in their new position. It will take several months for the final results to be seen as the ear cartilage bends and adjusts to the new position and shape.

Ear Pinning Surgery for Children

Ear pinning is one of the few cosmetic procedures that children can undergo. Once the ear cartilage has grown strong enough to handle the procedure, which is typically by age six or seven, children can undergo surgery to improve the protrusion of their ears. In most cases, children will be placed under general anesthesia for the procedure as an outpatient operation. The ear pinning procedure is the same for children as it is for adults; cartilage is removed from behind each ear, and stitches are placed to hold the ears in their new position. Over the next few months, the ear cartilage will bend and adjust to the new position and shape.

A Non-Surgical Ear Pinning Option for Infants

There is a lesser known non-surgical treatment for correcting ear protrusion in infants. This procedure will only work within the first few weeks of a baby’s life because of the state of the ear cartilage right after birth. Immediately after an infant is born, the ear cartilage is incredibly soft due to an excess amount of hyaluronic acid and hormones from the delivery process. During this short period of time, if an attentive family member or medical professional observes that the child has the potential for developing overly protruding ears, Dr. Scroggins can splint the ears and reshape them without surgery. This early correction will make it possible to avoid ear pinning surgery later in life.

Solutions for All Age Groups

Regardless of the age at which the procedure is performed, ear pinning will improve the shape and position of your ears. It will bring them closer to your head to reduce their projection and improve your overall appearance.

Overly protruding ears can cause individuals of all ages to feel uncomfortable about their appearance. Ear pinning can correct this cosmetic issue to improve your appearance and enhance your self-confidence. To schedule your consultation for ear pinning with Dr. Carlton Scroggins, please call (301) 220-0400 or fill out our online contact form today.

Can BOTOX® Cosmetic Treat Depression?

BOTOX® CosmeticFacial expressions and moods are interconnected in powerful ways. Permanent brow furrows and facial lines around the mouth can pull the face down into a perpetually sad or angry expression. Research has found that BOTOX® Cosmetic can treat depression by softening moderate to severe forehead lines and wrinkles, thereby softening your expression and, consequently, improving your mood.

“Your Face Is Going to Freeze Like That”

Do you remember your mom telling you when you were a child that if you didn’t stop making a funny face, your face would freeze like that? There’s an element of truth to the idea that your face can become permanently altered by facial expressions. Repeated facial expressions of anger, sadness, worry, or stress will eventually lead to facial lines and wrinkles. The muscle movements that cause these lines and wrinkles send signals to your brain that you actually feel sad, depressed, or stressed, and your brain sends return signals to reinforce the facial expressions and, therefore, the mood.

Children as Examples of Facial Expressions and Mood

Children who are grumpy often frown, furrow their brows, and pinch their lips together, which only seems to make them grumpier. One of the best ways to help a child get out of a grumpy mood is to get him or her to smile. Tickling, making a funny face, or giving a treat can coax a smile. That smile may take a moment to appear, but as soon as he or she genuinely smiles, you will witness a noticeable mood change as the grumpiness fades away. That is the power of facial expressions – they can make you grumpier, happier, sadder, angrier, or enhance any other emotion. By relaxing your face and smiling, you can bring yourself out of a negative mood and genuinely feel better. However, if your face has permanent lines that have become etched in over the years, it may be difficult to fully relax your facial muscles. This is where BOTOX® Cosmetic can help.

How BOTOX® Cosmetic Can Treat Depression

BOTOX® Cosmetic is a facial injectable that stops specific facial muscles in the upper face from contracting. In doing so, it softens fine lines and wrinkles in the forehead, brows, between the brows, and around the eyes. Relaxing these facial muscles sends new positive emotion signals to the brain, which it then reinforces by sending back similar return signals. Scientific studies have found that BOTOX® Cosmetic can effectively treat depression by smoothing facial lines and inhibiting negative facial expressions such as a pinched forehead or furrowed brows.

If you struggle with depression or if your forehead and brow area has moderate to severe wrinkles that cause you to feel stressed, sad, tired, or angry, you may benefit from BOTOX® Cosmetic treatments. Schedule your consultation with Dr. Carlton Scroggins by calling (301) 220-0400 or filling out our online contact form today.

Arm Lift for Sagging Skin

Age-related skin laxity or excess skin after weight loss can cause what is commonly called “bat wing deformity.” Bat wing deformity is a condition where skin sags from the upper arms, mimicking the appearance of bat wings. While arm exercises may be effective in strengthening the muscles, they cannot necessarily improve skin tone or get rid of bat wings. Dr. Scroggins can perform arm lift surgery to correct sagging skin and eliminate bat wing deformity, thereby improving the appearance of your arms.

Improving Arm Shape

Arm exercises are highly effective in improving muscle tone in the upper arms. However, the appearance of the arm is determined by both muscle tone and the condition of the skin. When individuals begin to age, skin quality diminishes, and the skin on the upper arms and other areas begins to sag. Similarly, when individuals experience major weight loss, the previously stretched out skin remains lax. Excess upper arm skin may cause discomfort and embarrassment and can even interfere with normal use of the arms. Arm lift surgery can tighten and tone the shape of the arms by removing excess skin and redraping the remaining skin tightly around the muscles and underlying tissues.

The Arm Lift Experience

An arm lift is a surgical procedure, and patients will be left with a scar that runs along the underside of the upper arm from the armpit to the elbow. Nonetheless, Dr. Scroggins is skilled in performing the surgery and will ensure that you are entirely comfortable throughout the consultation and surgical process. Dr. Scroggins typically performs the procedure on an outpatient basis with the patient under either local or general anesthesia. During the procedure, he will remove excess skin and fat and then redrape the remaining skin to improve upper arm contour. While patients may experience some swelling and discomfort during the recovery process, this is only temporary. The scars will be underneath the arm and will be hidden unless the arms are raised, and they will fade over time. The final results of arm lift surgery will reveal greatly improved upper arm shape with no bat wing deformity.

If you are dissatisfied with the sagging skin on your upper arms, schedule your complimentary consultation with Dr. Carlton Scroggins. Call our office at (301) 220-0400 or fill out our online contact form to book your appointment today.

Skin Resurfacing for a Vibrant Complexion

A smooth, clear, and vibrant complexion not only enhances your attractiveness but also portrays health, youth, and vitality. Maintaining your complexion can be difficult as factors such as aging, hormones, environmental conditions, and sun exposure diminish skin quality. Skin resurfacing treatments can revitalize your skin and enhance your face to give you a vibrant complexion. Here are some of the skin resurfacing treatments that Dr. Scroggins uses to improve skin quality for patients of all skin types.

Retin-A®

Retin-A® is a facial cream enriched with vitamin A. Vitamin A helps to make skin healthier and can effectively treat wrinkles, acne, enlarged pores, rough skin, psoriasis, and sun spots. Retin-A® skin resurfacing comes in various formulas and strengths to soften skin imperfections and repair damaged skin. Regular use of Retin-A® cream changes the skin’s cellular metabolism and gives the skin the nutrients it needs to renew and heal itself. After several months of using Retin-A®, many patients see both wrinkles and age spots fading away.

Chemical Peels

A chemical peel is a treatment that can improve the appearance of facial skin. A chemical solution is applied directly to the skin to exfoliate it, and the treated skin peels off to reveal younger, regenerated skin. The removal of the damaged outer layer of skin makes way for smoother and softer skin.

Dermabrasion

Dermabrasion is a procedure that sands away the surface layers of skin. A rotating burr or fraise levels the surface layers of skin, removing the top layers so that the skin can regenerate a new, healthier layer. Dermabrasion treatments typically target fine lines and acne scars.

Dermaplaning

Similar to dermabrasion, dermaplaning removes the surface layer of skin but with the gentle scraping of a scalpel. This treatment provides deep exfoliation to reveal a smoother complexion without the use of chemicals.

Glycolic Acid Treatments

Glycolic acid breaks down the skin’s outermost layer, destroying damaged skin and uncovering the clearer and healthier skin layers. Varying levels of concentration and strength can treat acne, fine lines, and signs of premature aging. Glycolic acid treatments provide very even exfoliation and, like other skin resurfacing treatments, reveal a smoother complexion.

To learn more about skin resurfacing treatments and to find out which treatment may be right for you, schedule your consultation with Dr. Carlton Scroggins. Call us at (301) 220-0400 or fill out our online contact form to schedule your appointment today.

Choosing Your Breast Implants

Breast Augmentation Before & After PhotosOne of the great things about breast augmentation is that not every procedure will yield the same results. Each woman’s body is unique, and breast implants have been designed to accommodate a wide variety of styles and preferences that can enhance the breasts according to the woman’s desires and body shape. When you come in for your consultation about breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Carlton Scroggins, here are some of the options you will discuss as you look at the different types of breast implants.

Material

All breast implants have an outer shell made of silicone, but the implant type is designated by the inside material: silicone or saline. Silicone implants are filled with silicone gel whereas saline implants are filled with saltwater. These materials enhance your breasts in different ways. Silicone implants create a more natural look and feel while saline implants offer a more rigid, full, and tight look. Saline implants are more affordable and will cause a noticeable change in the appearance of the breast if a rupture occurs. A silicone implant rupture may need an MRI to detect.

Shape

Breast implants can be round or anatomically (“teardrop”) shaped. Round implants have uniform fullness throughout while teardrop-shaped implants are more like the natural breast shape: fuller at the bottom and thinner at the top. Many women who prefer a more natural look choose teardrop-shaped implants while those who desire a more voluptuous look with more cleavage often choose round implants.

Profile

The breast implant profile determines its forward projection from the chest. A low-profile implant will have a wider base but less forward projection. In contrast, a high-profile implant will have a more narrow base and greater forward projection. The width of the chest wall and the natural placement of the breasts will greatly affect how different profile implants will look.

Texture

Breast implants can either be smooth and slippery or have a rough, textured surface. Smooth implants may move freely within the breast pocket while textured breast implants bind to the tissue capsule that surrounds them, making them less likely to shift. Some studies have suggested that textured implants may be less likely to cause capsular contracture, though the research is unclear. With under-the-muscle placement, it is usually impossible to observe a difference between textured or smooth implants. Nonetheless, textured implants are thicker and more likely to develop noticeable folds, which could be a problem for women with little breast tissue or over-the-muscle placement.

Volume

Breast implant volume is measured in cubic centimeters (cc’s). Greater volume means a larger implant; for example, 300cc implants are larger than 250cc implants. The additional volume in breast implants can help to correct breast volume loss caused by pregnancy, nursing, aging, or weight loss. It also enhances breast fullness in women with naturally small breasts.

As you talk with Dr. Scroggins and choose between these styles and preferences for your breast implants, you can receive a completely customized breast augmentation procedure. These options are available to help you achieve your desired results with breast augmentation surgery.

For more information on breast implants and breast augmentation, schedule a complimentary consultation with Dr. Carlton Scroggins. Call our office at (301) 220-0400 or fill out our online contact form to schedule your appointment today.
